Wholesale Partner Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our wholesale partnership program, including the use of dropshipping. By joining our program, you agree to comply with this policy.

Our wholesale program is open to businesses that have a valid business license and sales tax ID. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant, including a verification of the website and/or brick and mortar physical address.

Product Pricing:
Wholesale pricing is available to our partners at a discounted rate from our retail pricing. The discount rate will be determined by the partner's accumulated purchases as follows:

Volume Discount Levels

10% discount with no minimum purchase
15% discount after $2000 of accumulated purchases
20% discount after $10,000 of accumulated purchases
25% discount after $100,000 of accumulated purchases

Discounts do not stack with sale pricing, and the higher discount will always apply.  Discount will only apply to net product sales (not including shipping/taxes.)  Wholesale partners and their customers do not benefit from loyalty rewards granted for repeat purchases.

We offer dropshipping as a fulfillment option for our partners, which can be especially helpful for virtual quilt shops. Partners can place orders for products on our website and have them shipped directly to their customers. We include your return address and business name and a packing list, and we do not include our company name or website information or pricing anywhere in the order.  We provide tracking information for each order. Dropshipping partners are responsible for all shipping and handling charges as well as any applicable taxes.

Dropshipping Set Up:
In order to help you properly list our products on your website please let us know which collections/products you are interested in reselling.  We send you a spreadsheet of items, descriptions, images, skus and barcodes, and current pricing (pricing is subject to change).  We also include current inventory levels in the list if desired, although we cannot guarantee any of our items to be available.  If you desire notification of pricing changes please let us know, although most partners use a price point that is high enough to absorb minor changes.  If desired, partners can send us inserts, business cards, custom packaging, and return labels and we will include those on your dropshipped packages.

Order Minimums:
There is no minimum order requirement to become a wholesale partner, and no minimum order for dropshipping orders.

Payment Terms:
All orders must be paid in full before shipping unless previously agreed. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer.  To request terms, please email liz@quiltingcat.com to begin a review of your order and payment history.

Returned Shipments:
The partner is responsible for ensuring that their customer provides a valid delivery address.  If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs.  Any re-shipping costs must be paid by you, and you are responsible for recovering that cost from the customer if desired. 

Shipping Information:
Quilting Cat Crafts attempts to ship as quickly as possible, with an average turnaround time of 2 business days.  During high volume periods and sales this time may be longer (but expect this to be no longer than a week).  We currently ship to the USA and to Canada only.
